Privacy Policy, Shipping and FAQ

We never share or sell our customers information with any other companies. We will only email you our specials if you sign up for our email list. 

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx. If you are ordering cotton candy cakes or push pops please put the party date in the buyers notes so we know when to ship your order. 

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible; but we are not always able to ship orders the next day. Due to the labor shortage; it can be up to 2 days before your order ships. If you order over a weekend your order will most likely ship Tuesday. Larger orders may take 2-3 business days to ship. 

Please do not choose UPS ground saver if you are ordering cotton candy. This shipping speed is too slow for cotton candy. We make and sell real cotton candy not candy fluff. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays as that is out of our control

Is your cotton candy real cotton candy? 

Yes we make our own cotton candy fresh to order. Not candy fluff! 

Do you make all of these popcorn flavors?

Yes every single flavor is made by us in our store in Ohio. 

Can you tell us how you make your delicious Dill Pickle Popcorn? 

No sorry. Its our super secret recipe locked in the vault

Can I return my order?

No. It is illegal to return food through the mail once it has been delivered. This is for obvious safety reasons. We do work hard to make sure every customer is happy with their order.
